This is one of our most popular breads. A traditional San Francisco style sourdough, wonderful tangy flavor and the texture is to die for. Baked to a nice crusty finish this sourdough goes perfect with any meal, especially cracked crab and fresh garlic butter. One of our bakers favorites. A sister to this bread is the Arcangeli Old World Sourdough, a flatter, much denser, and more sour flavored loaf.
